JOIN-Signs-Cards-Access
When an agent joins RE/MAX Desert Properties, they generally do so for the value bundle of tools made available to them, and the strength of the brand. These things are delivered to the agent within a very short timeframe of them coming onboard and are accessible by computer or phone.
1. ACCESS - Within 24 hours of an agent coming onboard, they will receive a Welcome Aboard email from RE/MAX corporate, granting them access to the MaxCenter website, KvCore, their CRM, the Marketoing Portal and Design Center, and a host of other real estate tools. The agent will choose a @remax.net email address and a password. If they are computer adept, they will instantly begin building their remax.com profile, uploading a headshot, writing thier business biography, and initiating their lead-gen cities and zip codes.
2. SIGNS - RE/MAX Desert Properties has a standard practive of delivering three 18x24 FOR SALE signs within a week or less to the office of the agents choice. Sometimes, the signs are available for pick-up within three days from our Cathedral City printer. Should the agent prefer a different style of sign, they have the option of choosing a $100 credit towards their sign production. Besides the standard design weith the balloon, we also have the RE/MAX Collection brand for luxury agents.
3. CARDS - Agents will find their new business cards available within 3-5 days of coming onboard. Should the agent want the extra thick paper, they can sometimes take about a week. The RE/MAX colors are red. white, and blue, and we'd appreciate you flying the balloon. However, we recognize that some agents and teams have spent significant amounts of time and money developing their own brands, with their own color schemes, and we allow for these designs to dominate.
